Meet Sammy…

On Monday evening I picked up my first “foster dog”. Her given name is Samantha, but I have been calling her Sammy or Sam and she seems to be responding. Sammy is a “Sato” rescued from Puerto Rico by Second Chance Sato Rescue (SCSR) in Temple, NH. Sammy is one of six adorable dogs SCSR currently has available for adoption in New Hampshire.
Sammy is doing great. A little timid in new situations, but she has a wonderfully sweet disposition and is very well behaved. She was fearful of Mojo when they first met but it didn’t take long for them to warm up to each other. She even tolerates the fact that Mojo thinks Sam’s wagging tail is his new toy. We are working on “sit’ and “come” and she seems eager to please.
